PGA Professional Jay Nash

Jay Nash has been in the Sarasota area most of his life after living in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Washington DC. After graduating from Saint Leo University in Florida he worked for the Harbor Island Hotel Corporation in Tampa, Florida before starting as the Assistant Golf Professional at Bent Tree Country Club in Sarasota.

Jay was the Head Golf Professional at Forest Lakes Country Club in Sarasota for 15 years.

Today Jay is the Head Golf Professional at Waterford Golf Club in Venice, Florida. During his tenure in the golf industry he has had the privilege of working at such clubs as The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts, Ballymeade Golf Club on Cape Cod, and The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton.

Jay has an extensive teaching and playing background and prides himself on helping people enjoy the game of golf. He offers lessons by appt. $35 for 1/2 hour and $50 for 1 hour. Playing lessons are $80 for 9 holes (allow 2 hours) and $150 for 18 holes (allow 4 hours).
